Sunstone heishi (square rondel) beads.
Red, orange, and lame-like inclusions are randomly contained in a transparent to translucent background. This sunstone is characterized by not only lepidocrocite but also orange and red mica (mica).
Mica Sunstone is immersed in resin oil at the end of processing to increase its strength. Therefore, it smells a little like incense, but please be aware that it will disappear over time.
Heishi is a Native American word meaning "shellfish" and refers to small disk-shaped (tubular) beads made of shellfish, coral, turquoise, lapis lazuli, bone, silver, etc. Refers to the accessories that are made.
