Beautiful smooth rondel beads from Ethiopia with light yellow, honey-like color and clear color. The play-of-color (the flickering hues peculiar to opal. Interference of light) can be seen from all directions, as if a rainbow-colored film had been put in.
Ethiopian opal has been produced in recent years, but it is a natural stone whose price is rising year by year due to the government's export restrictions on raw stones. Most opals with a solid play of color are loose (naked stones without holes for jewelry), so beads are not widely distributed, so we recommend it to those who are looking for beads.
It is weak against moisture, so please be careful of ultrasonic cleaning and sweat.
