About returns
Defective product
Please contact us as soon as possible after the product arrives. Please note that we do not accept returns unless the product is defective.
Deadline for returns
We will do so within 7 days after receiving the product.
Return shipping
The customer will be responsible for returning the product due to customer's convenience. If it falls under the category of unwanted items, we will bear the cost.
Not eligible for return (example)
・Returns and exchanges are requested due to differences in the customer's monitor environment and personal feelings, such as differences in color between the product image and the actual product.
・Request for a return or exchange due to individual differences in color and size from past orders.
・Request for exchange/refund for used item or hole chipped or damaged after starting production.
・Return request regarding hole size and hole opening (Not applicable due to blurring, errors, and chipping in the process. Excludes non-penetrating items).
・Scratches derived from raw stones peculiar to natural stones
・Return/exchange requests for internal injuries.
・Returns and exchanges are requested because the quality does not meet the customer's standards within the image/page notation.
・If the customer has removed the thread from the ream product.
