Beautiful teardrop beads from Ethiopia in two colors of very good quality.
The play-of-color (the flickering hues peculiar to opal. Interference of light) can be seen from all directions, as if a rainbow-colored film had been put in. It is usually polished and finished, but this is a high quality opal with fine and clean facets. It becomes a gradation ream with large grains from the end to the center. Depending on the ream, there are large and small grains in the center, but the large grains are served first.
In the case of half-strand, we roughly divide it in half, so if the number of pieces varies or the center is large, we will divide it to the customer who made the half-strand first. Also, please be careful when opening the bag as a few grains may come off the wire. We would appreciate it if you could understand the above and place an order.
Ethiopian opal has been produced in recent years, but it is a natural stone whose price is rising year by year due to the government's export restrictions on raw stones. Most opals with a solid play of color are loose (naked stones without holes for jewelry), so beads are not widely distributed, so we recommend it to those who are looking for beads.
It is weak against moisture, so please be careful of ultrasonic cleaning and sweat.
